TaskTask is a powerful tool that effortlessly syncs your Outlook or Gmail tasks with your iPhone. It seamlessly connects with Office 365 Business, Exchange on-premises, or Google tasks, ensuring that your task list is always up to date on both Outlook and your device. With TaskTask, you can access all the advanced properties and flagged items from Outlook, allowing you to manage your entire task list on the go.
This app allows you to easily create tasks, set start and due dates, mark tasks as complete, assign categories, change importance levels, set reminders, and even delete tasks. The best part is that no additional software is required - all you need is an Exchange Server or Office 365 account to sync your tasks with Outlook. While TaskTask works seamlessly with Gmail, please note that its functionality may be limited.

- Mark tasks as private to hide them from others who have visibility into your task list
Please note that in order to sync your tasks with Outlook, your email account must be on a compatible Microsoft Exchange Server or Office 365 Business account. TaskTask supports Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 and newer versions, but there may be additional considerations that could affect its compatibility with your server. To ensure compatibility, please consult with your email administrator before purchasing this app if you are using Mail.app or Microsoft Outlook 2011 (Macintosh) with your email account in "Exchange" mode.
